Returns + info

To return an item, please send us an email at hello@6portals.com with your order number and information on what you would like to return, within 14 days of receiving your order.

If the item is faulty or damaged, we will reimburse you the cost of postage. We cannot reimburse this if the reason for return is size related.

Please note that if returning orders eligible for free tracked shipping we will have to subtract £5 from the amount refunded to cover the shipping costs incurred.

All items must be returned in unworn and sellable condition, within 30 days of the original delivery date.

If returning an item from outside of the UK, we advise sending the item with a tracked service. Please mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' as we will not be able to accept any returns which require payment of import fees.

PREORDERS AND LUCKY DIPS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

When ordering preorder and non-preorder items together, all items will ship together when the preorder item/s are ready. If you would like to receive your non-preorder items sooner, please place a separate order.
